You must be 18 years or older to use Obey.fit. This platform contains adult content related to consensual dominant/submissive dynamics. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately. False age confirmation may result in immediate account termination.

2. What Obey.fit Is

Obey.fit is a digital platform for consensual relationship management between adults who choose to engage in dominant/submissive dynamics. All participation is entirely voluntary. The platform provides tools for task management, progress tracking, and AI-powered interaction.

3. Consent & Safety

All activities on this platform must be consensual between all parties
You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing
Safe words and hard limits must always be respected
The platform does not facilitate any illegal activities
If you feel unsafe or distressed, please seek appropriate support
We are not responsible for offline activities or real-world interactions

4. Early Access Disclaimer

This is early access — the service is provided "as is"
No uptime guarantee is made
Data may be reset during early access (7 days notice will be given)
Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
The service may be discontinued at any time
Subscription pricing is as described at sign-up

5. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate information
Keep your password secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share access to your account with others
Upload any content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
Create multiple accounts without permission
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious code or malware

7. Your Content

You own the content you create (journal entries, photos, etc.)
You grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the service
We do not claim ownership of your content
You can export or delete your content at any time
Do not upload content that violates others' privacy or copyright

8. AI-Generated Content

This platform uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate responses and tasks. AI responses are automated and do not represent advice, therapy, or a real human relationship. If you are experiencing distress, please seek professional support.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service. Use at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved under Hungarian jurisdiction.
