Community Guidelines

1. Consent Is Non-Negotiable

All dominant/submissive activities facilitated through Obey.fit must be fully consensual between all parties involved. Consent must be:

• Freely given — without pressure, manipulation, or coercion
• Reversible — either party may withdraw consent at any time
• Informed — both parties understand what they are agreeing to
• Enthusiastic — active agreement, not mere absence of refusal
• Specific — agreement to one activity does not imply agreement to others

Using Obey.fit to facilitate non-consensual control, coercion, or abuse of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

2. Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to use Obey.fit. This platform contains adult content. No exceptions.

• Creating an account on behalf of a minor is prohibited
• Sharing account access with a minor is prohibited
• Any content involving minors — real or depicted — is absolutely prohibited
• We actively verify age at registration and may require additional verification

Any account found to involve a minor will be terminated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Obey.fit:

• Content involving minors — any sexual or suggestive content depicting or implying individuals under 18
• Non-consensual content — depicting, glorifying, or facilitating sexual activity without consent
• Content that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction or in Hungary (where Obey.fit is based)
• Real-person non-consensual content — photos or descriptions of real individuals uploaded without their consent
• Doxxing or personal information — sharing private identifying information of others without consent
• Harassment or threats — content intended to intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
• Malware or harmful code
• Spam or commercial solicitation outside the scope of the platform

4. Photo & Media Content Rules

Photos and media may be uploaded as part of task verification, journal entries, and profile content. All uploaded media must comply with the following:

• You must own or have explicit permission to share any photo you upload
• Photos must not contain any minors
• Photos must not depict non-consensual acts
• Explicit nudity and sexual content is permitted only in designated private areas (task verification, journal) — not in public-facing profile photos
• Photos of third parties require that person's explicit consent
• You retain ownership of your photos; Obey.fit stores them solely to operate the service
• You may delete your photos at any time via Journey or account settings

5. RACK & SSC Principles

Obey.fit is built around two widely recognised frameworks for ethical kink practice:

• SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) — activities should be physically and emotionally safe, performed with sound judgment, and fully consensual
• RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink) — all parties acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in their chosen activities, with full consent and awareness

Users affirm their understanding of these principles during onboarding. Conduct that violates these principles — whether on or facilitated by the platform — is grounds for account suspension.

6. Safety Tools — Use Them

Obey.fit provides several safety features that all users are encouraged to use:

• Safeword button — instantly pauses your dynamic and notifies your Domina
• Pause dynamic — temporarily suspend your subscription at any time, no explanation required
• Cooling-off period — take space without fully ending your dynamic
• Check-in reminders — scheduled check-ins with alerts if missed
• Aftercare reminders — post-scene reminders sent to both parties

7. Dominant Responsibilities

Users with a Domina/Dominant role have additional responsibilities:

• Respect all limits, safewords, and pause requests — immediately and without question
• Do not assign tasks that could cause physical or psychological harm
• Maintain clear, honest communication about expectations
• Never use the platform to facilitate financial exploitation or coercion
• Respect a submissive's right to end the dynamic at any time

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it:

• Email: safety@obey.fit
• Include your username, the offending user's username (if known), and a description of the issue
• Screenshots or other evidence are helpful but not required
• All reports are reviewed confidentially
• False reports made in bad faith may result in action against the reporting account

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Obey.fit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate any of these community guidelines
• Violate the Terms of Service
• Upload prohibited content
• Attempt to harm, harass, or exploit other users
• Provide false information during registration or verification
• Are found to belong to a person under 18

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may suspend without warning. Serious violations (content involving minors, non-consensual content) will be reported to law enforcement.

You may appeal a suspension by emailing safety@obey.fit within 30 days. We will review appeals and respond within 14 days.

10. Enforcement Philosophy

We aim to enforce these guidelines fairly and proportionately. Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning and content removal. Repeated or serious violations result in suspension or permanent termination. We do not tolerate a zero-tolerance approach to nuance — context matters.

These guidelines will evolve as the community grows. We will notify users of material changes via email and in-app notification.
